## Which option is best for me?
Our Gold, Silver and Bronze memberships offer great value for money. Have a look at our membership types to find out which one is best for you.
Gold (all-inclusive, any time)
: Our all-inclusive Gold membership gives you:
- Anytime gym use
- Unlimited [group fitness classes](https://www.sussex.ac.uk/sport/facilities/groupfitness)
- Anytime racket sports court hire
- 14 days advance booking for classes and courts
- Gym introduction on request
- Access to more than 90 facilities at 75 universities [nationwide with BUCS UNIversal Gym](https://www.sussex.ac.uk/sport/students/memberships/universalgym) (annual Gold only). Universities include Surrey Sports Park and Kings College London.
Silver (all-inclusive, off peak only)
: Our all-inclusive Silver membership is available to purchase annually, you can buy your Silver membership anytime after the 1 September and it will automatically expire on 31 August.
Silver membership gives you:
- Off peak fitness room use (anytime up to 2.30pm)
- Unlimited [group fitness classes](https://www.sussex.ac.uk/sport/facilities/groupfitness)
- Off peak racket sports court hire (anytime up to 4pm)
- 10 days advance booking for classes and courts
- Gym introduction on request.
Bronze (reduced price pay-and-play)
: Our Bronze pay-and-play membership offers you discounted rates across our facilities at a special pay-and-play rate for Sussex students, so if you're only planning the occasional class or gym visit it can be a great option. You can upgrade to one of our all inclusive memberships at any time.
Bronze membership gives you:
- Reduced rate pay-and-play fitness room use (from £4 a visit)
- Reduced rate pay-per-class group fitness classes (from £4.40 a visit)
- Reduced rate pay-and-play racket sports court hire (from £3.00 a visit)
- 7 days advance booking for classes and courts
- Gym introduction on request.
Monthly Group Fitness (all-inclusive, any time)
: Our new monthly group fitness membership. Looking to be active in the new year? You can now try out the Sussexsport group fitness programme without a long-term commitment. Over 30 classes a week to choose from.

Graduate memberships are only available to students in their first year after graduation.
## Buy your membership now
The quickest way to get signed up is using our [booking system.](https://sussexsportbooking.sussex.ac.uk/stellar3/stellar3/#/) You can also buy your membership in person at the Sport Centre or Falmer Sports Complex reception desks on campus.
You must be on a full or part-time programme of study at the University of Sussex and will need to show your University ID when you sign up.

## Club sport

## Non-members and Bronze members
You can still access our facilities and classes as a non-member, or at a reduced rate with a student Bronze membership - which is free for University of Sussex students.

All non-members are entitled to five days advance booking.
## Swimming
Students can [swim for £1](https://www.sussex.ac.uk/sport/students/offcampus/swimming).50 at the King Alfred, Prince Regent and St Luke's pools in Brighton & Hove.
Just show your University of Sussex ID card and fill in a form on your first visit.
