We welcome members of the local community to use our facilities and classes, which are tailored to your fitness level whether you are a complete beginner or a sports fanatic.

You can take advantage of our excellent [fitness rooms](https://www.sussex.ac.uk/sport/public/fitrooms), racket sports and [group fitness classes](https://www.sussex.ac.uk/sport/facilities/groupexercise) with one of our great value [memberships](https://www.sussex.ac.uk/sport/public/memberships).

We also have a range of pitches, including a full size 3G and 3G training pitch, an ATP pitch, grass pitches, tennis courts and indoor courts and hall space.
