The Tsai CITY Launch Pad, a multi-week incubator designed to help early-stage ventures gain traction with skill-building workshops, mentorship, and a vibrant community of innovators. Whether you’re a founder or joiner, this program offers the resources and support you need to grow your ideas.
Advance your venture: Tsai CITY’s Accelerator, which runs every fall and spring semester, guides students and teams with innovative ideas through the process of building effective organizations, projects, and ventures through workshops, mentorship, and funding.
Amplify your venture: Tsai CITY’s Summer Fellowship is a multi-week, full-time accelerator to incubate new ventures. It includes $20,000 per team and a rigorous sequence of workshops, sprints, mentorship, coaching, and pitch opportunities.
The Founders-in-Residence Program offers a unique opportunity to lead, mentor, and inspire the next wave of student entrepreneurs while advancing mature ventures through collaboration, innovation, and strategic growth.
The Tsai CITY Pathways are unique and overlapping roadmaps for students to navigate Tsai CITY offerings. They act as guideposts, strategically converging at points of mutual interest. The five pathways are: Civic Innovator, Creative, Entrepreneur, Explorer, and Intrapreneur. Check out some examples:
CIVIC INNOVATOR: CAMBIUM CARBON
Cambium Carbon, an Accelerator and Summer Fellowship team, aims to mitigate climate change and revitalize communities by restoring American tree cover.
CREATIVE: STUDIO HEARBREAK
Studio Heartbreak, an independent animation studio and production company specializing in animated films, participated in the Summer Fellowship program.
ENTREPRENEUR: MATCHA SCRUBS
Matcha Scrubs, a venture from the Accelerator and Summer Fellowship programs, provides inclusive satin-lined scrub caps. These caps protect diverse hair types while honoring various cultural hairstyles in healthcare settings.
