Reservation forms for the Fall 2025 semester close on Friday, December 5. After this deadline, College spaces will not be available for reservation until January 20, 2026.
Welcome the the hub for Benjamin Franklin College Room Reservations! Most of our spaces are only available to Benjamin Franklin College (BFC) students. Make sure to read the guidelines and check on the calendars below to see if the room you would like to request is available. Room reservations should be made at least 48 hours in advance. If a room reservation is made after 4 PM on Friday for a reservation that same weekend, we will not be able to accommodate your request. Requests will be answered during regular business hours Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Requests received over the weekend will be answered on the Monday following.
