Funding

Ph.D. students at Yale are normally fully funded for a minimum of five years. During that time, our students receive a twelve-month stipend to cover living expenses and a fellowship that covers the full cost of tuition and student healthcare. 

In addition to your stipend, you may be eligible for financial support through fellowships and grants. See below for some options that are available to you.

Awards

Colton Award, Colton Center for Autoimmunity at Yale (CCAY)

The CCAY requests project proposals to advance innovative translational research in autoimmune and allergic diseases, including but not limited to: discovery and development of therapeutics, diagnostics, and tolerogenic vaccines; investigations to elucidate biological mechanisms of complex immunological and allergic diseases; and development of platform technologies to facilitate such research.
