## Site Visibility

By default, all sites are deployed as **Only registered users of this site can view it** — meaning only people you have added in **Users > All Users** can view your site. When you’re ready to make your site public, see [Making Your Site Public](https://campuspress.yale.edu/blog/making-your-site-public/).

## User Access

Only Yale NetID holders can create a site. Only valid Yale NetID users (authenticated via CAS) can be added as users to a site. Non-Yale users can only view sites that are publicly available. [See how to add Yale users here.](https://campuspress.yale.edu/blog/adding-users-to-your-site/)

## Yale Web Policies

CampusPress use is subject to both the [Information Technology Appropriate Use Policy](https://your.yale.edu/policies-procedures/policies/1607-information-technology-appropriate-use-policy) and the [Web Accessibility Policy](https://usability.yale.edu/web-accessibility/accessibility-yale).

## Feature Requests

Plugins add functionality and Themes are all about the display — content regions, widgets, menus, sidebars, and footers.

If you don’t see a theme or plugin you’d like to use, please fill out the [feature request form](https://campuspress.yale.edu/feature-request/) and tell us the needed functionality or link to the plugin or theme you like. If it can’t be added to the network, we can help you find a workaround.
