As part of the Carbon Capture panel chaired by , Groh presented Evaluating Electrochemical Mineral Trapping for Carbon Dioxide Removal: Insights from Experiments and Predictive Modeling.

The presentation explored how electrolyte composition and mineral formation dynamics affect the efficiency of electrochemical CO₂ sequestration, highlighting a promising pathway toward scalable, sustainable carbon removal.
