# Get a taste of university lifeInternship days at TUMCS during the Easter holidays on 8 and 9 April 2026

At TUM Campus Straubing for Biotechnology and Sustainability (TUMCS), school students can get a taste of everyday university life during the internship days, which will take place in the second week of the Easter holidays on Wednesday, 8, and Thursday, 9 April 2026. The campus offers young scientists the opportunity to get to know various research areas on campus and, for example, to participate in laboratory work themselves.

Date and venue
:   8 to 9 April 2026 from 9:00 h to 15:00 h at TUM Campus Straubing, ‘Sustainable Chemistry’ building, Uferstraße 53, 94315 Straubing

Prerequisites
:   Students from the 9th grade onwards with an interest in the topics of sustainability, biotechnology, bioeconomy and chemistry

Registration
:   Please register **till 15 March** by email to [veranstaltungen@cs.tum.de](mailto:veranstaltungen@cs.tum.de?subject=Internship%20days%202026) (including surname, first name, address, school and year group).

    It is not possible to attend on individual days; the number of participants is limited to 20 students.

Additional Information
:   Participants receive a small welcome gift and a certificate of attendance after the internship days.
