Rubén’s talk at the Zero Plastic Forum 2040

In the frame of the European Climate Pact (55% greenhouse gas emission reduction 2030, 90% emission reduction 2040 and Net 2050 with the Regulations from the EU Green Deal), Rubén contributed with a scientific talk at the Zero Plastic Forum 2040 (Munich) to show how protein-based materials are feasible solutions to current unsustainable materials and components of our technology.
