Habilitation at TUMCS

With the habilitation, an academic examination procedure is used to determine teaching qualifications in a scientific subject area. The recognition of the teaching qualification is the prerequisite for the additional granting of the teaching authorisation. This is associated with the right to use the designation “Privatdozent:in”. The prerequisite for a habilitation is a completed doctorate.
