# Collaborating for a Circular Future: CirculaTUM Klausurtagung 2025

On July 10–11, 2025, this year’s CirculaTUM retreat took place at the TUM Science & Study Center in Raitenhaslach. The focus was on exchange, collaboration and on shaping the future of Circular Economy research.

The retreat provided space for interdisciplinary dialogue, fresh impulses, and strategic development of the network. Key elements of the program included:

- The “Circular Islands” workshop: Participants explored and reflected on diverse perspectives on the Circular Economy through interactive discussions
- A “Research Compass” session: This collaborative format helped identify key topics and priorities for future research within the network
- Impulse talks: Current projects, policy developments related to the Circular Economy, and new ideas were presented and discussed
- A visit to the WACKER production site in Burghausen: Participants gained exciting insights into industrial circular processes and practical applications

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed with their ideas, energy, and collaborative spirit. CirculaTUM continues to grow as a vibrant network, connecting research and practice and driving innovation in the field of Circular Economy.
