# Lunch and Learn: The Ethics of Using AI as an Instructor

On Wednesday, November 19th, the [Center for Teaching Excellence and Innovation](https://ctei.jhu.edu/) (CTEI) hosted a Lunch and Learn featuring faculty panelists discussing the *Ethics of Using AI as an Instructor*. Faculty panelists included [Dan Ryan](https://engineering.jhu.edu/faculty/dan-ryan/), Teaching Professor of Computer Science, [Louis Hyman](https://history.jhu.edu/directory/louis-r-hyman/), Dorothy Ross Professor of Political Economy in History and Professor at the SNF Agora Institute, and [Steven Gross](https://philosophy.jhu.edu/directory/steven-gross/), Professor and Chair of Philosophy. [Caroline Egan](https://ctei.jhu.edu/team/caroline-egan/), Teaching Academy Program Manager, moderated the discussion.
