MS in Organizational Leadership

The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program allows students to develop or further their skills and knowledge in strategic planning, workforce development, human resources, change management, conflict resolution, internal communication, and performance evaluation, among other topic areas. Through the program, students also get a better understanding of their personal leadership style and emerge as more confident, ethical, analytical professionals.

MS in Organizational Leadership students develop core competencies in leadership methodologies and frameworks; theories relevant to critical thinking and analytic techniques; application of analytic techniques and theories to problem sets; and visualization techniques for producing reports, briefs, and infographics.
