Hi there! My name is Jasmine Hao and I am from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I am a [pre-med](https://hpa.princeton.edu/) student concentrating in [Molecular Biology](https://molbio.princeton.edu/) and pursuing a minor in [Global Health and Health Policy](https://globalhealth.princeton.edu/). I research the effect of diet on breast cancer cell growth in the [Nelson lab](https://cmngroup.princeton.edu/index.htm). I lived in [First College](https://admission.princeton.edu/blogs/beauty-first-college) my first year, [New College West](https://newcollegewest.princeton.edu/) during my sophomore year, and [studied abroad](https://oip.princeton.edu/) at [ETH Zürich](https://admission.princeton.edu/blogs/semester-switzerland-and-beyond-0) in Switzerland in the fall of my junior year.

Aside from academics, I am a volunteer EMT at the [Princeton First Aid and Rescue Squad](https://pfars.org/), a dancer in [Triple 8](https://www.triple8dancecompany.com/), Princeton’s premier East Asian dance company, a member of [Princeton Christian Fellowship](https://linktr.ee/pcfprinceton?fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAaZnz1up9Lhk-zJUSViOFHnhm4Y3kdoaAl83rojDSvmF0KHcrjGxn2dPqHo_aem_zYfRvUw0OXtqKaiVO2AHEg), and a [Learning Consultant](https://mcgraw.princeton.edu/undergraduates/programs/allc) at [The McGraw Center](https://mcgraw.princeton.edu/undergraduates).
