## Biography
Postdoctoral Research Associate, Quantum Control Laboratory
**Dr Christophe Valahu** earned his PhD in Physics from Imperial College London, where his research focused on robust, laser-free entanglement in trapped ions. Christophe also holds an MSc in Quantum Systems Engineering from Imperial College, and a BSc in Microengineering from EPFL.
Christophe is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Sydney’s Quantum Control Laboratory, where he works on quantum information processing with trapped ions. His research spans quantum-enhanced sensing, the preparation of bosonic logical states in trapped ions, and quantum simulations of chemical dynamics.
