The Student Services Hubs offer a range of in-person services to support your journey at the University of Sydney. Bringing together experts to help you navigate each stage of your enrolment and connect with peers to enhance your community.   \

New and continuing students are welcome to walk into our hubs or book appointments between February 16 – March 31, 2026.

General student enquiries

The Student Centre is your first point of contact for student lifecycle information such as enrolment, timetables, applying for a new course, exams, graduations and more.

Student Success Advising

If you need help making informed decisions about your course such as understanding the options you have for unit selection, course transfers, majors and minors, course planning (including planning for study abroad), or where to seek further help to improve your academic performance, we have advisers who can support you. \

Support from fellow students

Our Peer Support Advisors (PSA) are current University of Sydney students studying a range of different degrees, from a variety of cultural and linguistic backgrounds. PSAs can provide support to build your community and navigate university life.

Help with your technology (ICT)

For any IT-related queries including Wi-Fi, computer and network issues, UniKey set up and Okta FastPass, the Information, Computers and Technology (ICT) team is here to help.

Visit us at *Fisher Library or Susan Wakil Health Building* 9 am - 5 pm, Monday – Friday.

Enrolment support

For specialised degree planning advice or changes to your enrolment such as degree progression, enrolment exception requests, course or stream transfers, or degree checks, the Enrolment Services team can ensure you’re enrolled in the right units.

Learning Hub

The Learning Hub is dedicated to building your academic skills and literacies by supporting you in academic language and learning, as well as mathematics and statistics.
