New BScN Student Checklist

  1. Accept Offer of Admission

  2. Respond to the offer of admission via OUAC or the Join U of T Portal

  3. Submit a non-refundable tuition deposit of $500.00 by credit card to secure your spot. Instructions on submitting payment can be found on your official offer letter. The University of Toronto cannot accept cash or personal cheques for this payment.
  4. Questions about your offer of admission can be sent to connect.nursing@utoronto.ca
  5. Clearing Admission Conditions

  6. If your offer of admission has condition(s), please follow the instructions outlined in your offer of admission letter and submit the required documents. Failure to clear outstanding condition(s) may jeopardize your entry to the BScN Program.

  7. Review Sessional Dates

  8. View important sessional dates such as the start and end dates of academic terms, enrolment and fee deadlines

  9. Gather Documents for your Student Preparedness Permit

  10. Your Student Preparedness Permit confirms you have submitted valid documentation to indicate your readiness to undertake our Nursing educational program.

  11. This includes your:
    • police record check
    • immunization records
    • CPR certification

Submit all documentation for your Student Preparedness Permit via the Synergy Gateway Portal by August 9, 2024. Learn more about the Synergy Gateway Portal.

All requirements must be met and valid for the full duration of the academic year until the end of June for students to be enrolled.
