| Winter-Spring Quarter | The Community Room is temporarily available until mid-May. You will not have access to the kitchen.  The Deck and lounge available rest of the school year. |

### **Need Help with Supplies?**

We offer napkins, cups, plates,  cutlery, tables, and coolers. Below is the request form. Please wait for confirmation before coming to the Black Community Services Center to pick up supplies.  The napkins, cups, plates, and cutlery are meant for  organizations with smaller and tighter budgets.  Please keep this in mind when requesting supplies.

### **Non-Affiliated Organizations and Community Members**

Room reservations are only for departments and organizations affiliated with Stanford. Non-affiliated organizations and community members should check out [Stanford Conference Services](https://rde.stanford.edu/conferences) for information on meeting and event space.
