"As a student on financial aid and work study I knew the value of every moment at Stanford. I am grateful that the A³C was there to help me. It was a safe and inclusive place where I was valued, challenged, grew, learned, and built community."

ANU '99

Who May Nominate?

Any member of the Stanford community may nominate individuals for one or more of these awards. Self nominations are allowed. Members of the Stanford community are also encouraged to nominate across categories by nominating individuals who are not in their respective organizations or spheres of influence (e.g. faculty members may nominate students and vice versa). The Asian American Activities Center Advisory Board members and A3C professional staff are not allowed to nominate.

Why Nominate?

There are many individuals in the Stanford community who have shown great dedication, service and achievement in advancing greater awareness and understanding of Asian American issues and experiences, but whose efforts are often overlooked. Each award recipient receives a plaque to commemorate the occasion, as well as extensive public recognition.
