# H-1 Mailing Labels

## FedEx mailing labels are used to send H-1 petitions to USCIS

Please use FedEx, for which Stanford has an institutional account. In the "sender" area of the label please use your departmental address. **Do not use Bechtel's address in the sender field**.

Mark the FedEx label for **overnight shipping**. Do not use a slower method than FedEx overnight.

Please provide electronically-generated, pre-printed, pre-paid mailing labels that you create using your [Stanford FedEx account](https://fingate.stanford.edu/purchasing-contracts/shipping-fedex-online-stanford) as the billing account.
