"As a first-generation college student, my parents were apprehensive about me leaving to attend school so far away. From my first moments on the Stanford campus, the A³C played a key role in integrating me into the university."

A³C hosts quarterly leadership retreats for the elected student officers of voluntary student organizations (VSOs) connected to the A3C that utilize the space and resources at the Asian American Activities Center. The objectives of the retreats are:

The A3C VSO Retreat brings together representatives from all student groups connected to the A3C on campus for collaboration opportunities and leadership training. This crucial event consists of a series of interactive activities, hands-on discussions and bonding exercises that allow for more intra-community dialogue and interaction.

Announcements for our next A3C VSO Retreat will be publicized through our community listserv.
