# One-Unit Wonders and Terrific Twos

There are many courses at Stanford that are only one or two units (representing approximately 3-6 hours of work per week). These courses include “introduction to the field” courses, speaker-series courses, and activity courses. They offer a unique way to explore an area of interest and round out your schedule with an extra unit or two!

## Finding One Unit Wonders and Terrific Twos (Navigate Classes)

In [Navigate Classes](https://navigator.stanford.edu/classes), the One Unit Wonders and the Terrific Twos are included on the left hand side as a filter under Curated Classes! Just click the box for "One-Unit Wonders", "Terrific Twos", or both and then further search or filter as you desire (for quarter, day of the week, time, or more)!
