# Leadership Development

We view leadership development as essential to our role and responsibility to the Stanford black community. Our Leadership Development Committee support leadership from more than twenty Black Volunteer Student Organizations on campus. They provide guidance to help them reach their organization's goals.

### Quarterly

- Strategy meetings with BVSO leadership designed to help them understand how the Black House can support them during the year.
- Updating their BVSO handbook to reflect the needs of our current BVSOs.

### **Spring Quarter**

- Convening a BVSO caucus to debrief the school year, share accomplishment,  understand issues happening in their respective communities, and brainstorm any next steps.
