### J-1 scholars and administrators

- **Walk-in advising** every Thursday from 1 to 4 p.m. No appointment necessary.
- **Zoom advising** every Monday from 1 to 4 p.m.

Please note:

- The advisor will know that you are in the waiting room, so there is no need to email the advisor.
- If you sent an email prior to your appointment and that concern was resolved during your appointment, your email will be deleted from the queue so as not to duplicate services.

### H-1B scholars and administrators

You may request an appointment for advising support by phone or Zoom. Simply, email our international scholar advisors with your request.
