REGISTRATION

How do I register?Admitted students can register online for Admit Weekend. This form will include registration for up to 2 guests.

Is there a registration deadline?Yes. Sunday, April 12 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time is the deadline to be guaranteed an on-campus Room Host. On-campus hosting is available for Thursday and Friday night. Hosting is not offered Wednesday or Saturday night.

What else is required?All admitted students must review, agree to abide by the Participant Guidelines, and electronically sign the Participant Forms, including the Medical Release and Consent, Assumption of Risk, Release of Claims and Hold Harmless Agreement. Students must complete these forms during the online registration process. All admitted students who are under 18 years old must also have a parent or guardian sign the forms prior to their arrival to Admit Weekend. These forms will be sent to the parent/guardian’s emails address once the under-18 admitted student registers for Admit Weekend. You will not be able to participate in Admit Weekend events without these signed forms.

CHECK-IN

Your first stop on campus should beAdmit Weekend Check-In. This is where you will pick up your Admit Weekend name badge and materials and drop off your luggage (if staying overnight on campus). Admitted students who are staying overnight on campus must bring their luggage inside with them when they check in. All admitted students and guests must wear their Admit Weekend name badge at all times to participate in Admit Weekend events.

Parking

Complimentary Admit Weekend parking is provided in the Galvez Parking Lot, between Thursday, April 23 – Saturday, April 25. Additional overflow parking will be available in the Grove lots surrounding the Galvez lot.

Admitted students who are staying overnight on campus must bring their luggage inside with them when they check in.

Please remember to lock your vehicle and do not leave valuables inside. Attendants will not be monitoring parking areas closely.
