# 外文学院党委理论中心组与文科科研处、文科学报党支部开展联组学习

3月27日，**外文学院党委理论中心组与文科科研处、文科学报党支部开展联组学习**，双方围绕科研项目申报、虚体机构运行和如何激活科研生产力等工作展开深入交流。文科科研处、文科学报党支部书记、文科科研处处长顾东辉、副处长肖卫民、侯体健、文科科研处各业务办公室党员教师和外文学院党委理论中心组全体成员出席会议。联组学习由外文学院党委书记薛海霞主持。

外文学院党委委员、分管科研工作的副院长郑咏滟汇报了学院近年来的学术成果、项目组织申请、大项目凝练和孵育、学院虚体科研机构的运行情况和未来发展计划等方面的情况。

\

文科科研处、文科学报党支部书记、文科科研处处长顾东辉对学院的科研工作予以肯定，并结合外文学院科研工作的特点，提出了若干建议。在如何有效激活学院的科研生产力方面，提出要分类别因势利导、进一步充分发挥团队力量组织科研活动，适度扩大跨域合作。文科科研处副处长肖卫民就如何组织重大项目申请、如何带动标志性成果产出给出了切实建议。双方还就人才培养、社会服务、学科学术声誉度提升等工作进行了深入坦诚的探讨与交流。

本次联组学习进一步深化细化了双方的工作交流，强化了党建工作与事业发展的深度融合，也是文科科研处走进基层院系做深做细调查研究的切实举措。
