# 外文学院工会举办“女性全生命周期管理”科普讲座

为迎接“三八”妇女节的到来，**外文学院工会于3月5日举办了主题为“女性全生命周期管理”的科普讲座**。讲座由复旦大学附属妇产科医院、上海市红房子妇产科医院团队集体设计，由主任医师陈行主讲。

陈行以女性生命周期为主线，系统讲解了青春期至孕产期的健康管理要点。围绕科学备孕主题，重点分享了营养膳食、生活方式调整、孕前检查等实用知识，并对特殊人群备孕方案、生育相关疾病预防及男性协同备孕等常见问题进行专业解读。讲座内容详实、贴近生活，帮助教职工们纠正了日常健康管理中的常见误区。\

在答疑环节中，陈行针对教职工提出的个性化问题进行耐心解答，并留下了自己的联系方式，方便老师们后续健康咨询。

本次活动由学院工会组织举办，党委书记薛海霞、副书记朱彦等女性教职工代表全程参与。工会主席夏威主持活动并向全体女教职工致以节日问候。讲座现场气氛温馨，与会人员纷纷表示收获颇丰，对女性健康管理有了更科学的认知。

外文学院工会将持续关注教职工健康需求，通过专业资源对接与暖心服务，切实为女性教职工的身心健康保驾护航。
