复旦大学全球公共政策研究院（全球院）是复旦公共管理专业硕士（MPA）学位项目的参与培养单位。全球院每年有30个MPA招生名额，学生目前统一由复旦大学MPA教育中心组织招录和培养过程，全球院教师参加授课和学生论文指导。

全球院致力于为MPA学生提供展现全球公共政策与治理发展前沿的最新成果，向复旦MPA学生全面开放其卓越的学术资源、教学项目和全球网络。所有全球院学生可以获得的有关机会，符合条件的MPA学生均可以参加或申请。
