# 外文学院召开2023年秋季学期教师大会

9月12日下午，外文学院召开2023年秋季学期教师大会。大会围绕学院学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想主题教育开展情况汇报、新学期学院工作重点通报两项议题展开，全体教职工出席会议。

**党委书记薛海霞作上半年主题教育工作汇报**

薛海霞向全体教职工汇报了主题教育工作的开展情况和取得的成果，介绍了本学期党委工作重点，表示上半年工作的侧重点在于“问”和“思”，在主题教育中审题破题，找到解决问题的思路方法，下半年新学期工作侧重点在“答”和“行”。号召全体教师解放思想，直面难题，凝聚共识，敢为敢闯，切实运用好主题教育成果，落实学校秋季工作会议精神，持续为“第一个复旦”贡献外院力量，以更加奋发有为的姿态迎接学校第十六次党代会胜利召开。

**院长高永伟作新学期工作计划汇报**

高永伟重点介绍新学期在“人才培养方案改革、本科教学评估、双一流学科建设、院庆20周年活动、院友会成立事宜以及外文楼搬迁”等方面的工作安排，并用丰富精彩的外文楼现场照片向大家介绍了外文楼目前的进度和搬迁安排。
