# Philanthropic Governance & Impact

**Donor Relations** delivers donor stewardship and engagement programs, in support of achieving the objectives outlined in the University’s overall advancement strategy. This includes the planning and provision of communications, events, personalised engagement plans, and programs that strengthen the relationships between the University and the donor community. The team serves as the primary point of contact both online and by phone for any current or prospective donors who may need further information or assistance.

**Gift Governance** receives and processes new philanthropic gifts to the University and oversees the governance and management of the philanthropic portfolio. The team ensures funds are established and administered in line with donor intent, University policies, and relevant legislation, and that they are allocated, reported, and stewarded effectively to maximise impact.
