Support Video for Technical Workshops - User Registration

The Technical Workshop Work Management System by Idea Elan is a cloud based system used to request services from the Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical and Refrigeration Workshops. The Technical Workshops support staff and students across the ANU in designing, building and maintaining research and teaching equipment and infrastructure. They do not undertake general building and grounds maintenance requests.

### Getting access

The Technical Workshop Work Management System is accessed via Single Sign On. If you are accessing the system using a non ANU network, please enter your ANU ID and password to log in. The first time you login, you will be required to authenticate your ANU ID using Shibboleth.

If you are a guest user, please directly contact the Technical Workshops you wish to engage with who will be able to set up a client account for you.
