## Report an incident or Hazard
Incident/injury and hazard notifications need to be reported in University incident and
hazard reporting
tool Figtree.
Alternatively, you can report directly to Safety and Wellbeing Team on [02 6125 2193](callto: 0261252193) or
after hours to ANU Security on [02 6125 2249](callto:0261252249).

University. Understand the actions required to implement the University WHS Management System, promoting a
healthy and safe workplace and culture.
Incident/injury and hazard notifications need to be reported in University incident and hazard reporting tool
Figtree. Alternatively, you can report directly to Safety and Wellbeing on 02 6125 2193 or after hours to ANU
security on 02 6125 2249. If the incident involves the following, they can potentially be a notifiable incident
to Comcare: the death of a person; a serious injury or illness of a person; a dangerous incident. In these
cases, immediately report to Senior Manager WHS Safety and Wellbeing via 0406 403 025 after you are made aware
of the incident and report it into Figtree.
