If you need a permission code to enrol in a CASS course due to a missing pre-requisite please use this form. Generally speaking, all courses taught in non-standard sessions (Summer, Winter etc) require permission codes. |

| Late enrolment |
This link will take you to the CASS Late Enrolment Form. This form is specifically for use during Sem 1 and Sem 2, after the self enrolment period is over (Monday of Week 2). |

For students who were unable to drop their enrolment before census date, due to unforeseen circumstances. |
| Assessment extension request |
Application for extension of time to submit an assessment task in a CASS course. Do not use this assessment extension request for Honours theses. Use this link (as described below) instead. |
| Extenuating Circumstances Application |
Use this form to request an examiner to take extenuating circumstances into consideration during the marking of an assessment item. If you require an extension to the due date of your assessment, do not submit a special consideration form. Use this link to apply for an extension of the due date for an assessment task. Students who are unable to sit an examination owing to extenuating circumstances should see deferred examinations. |
| Deferred examination |
Use this form if owing to extenuating circumstances you are unable to attend an exam at the scheduled time. A deferred examination is the sitting of an examination at a time other than the scheduled time/date. You will be directed to the "Extenuating Circumstances Application" to submit your Deferred Exam request. |

- Reduced study load:For international students who wish to reduce their study load below the required 24u study load per half year. - Overloading:For students wishing to increase their study load above standad 24u full time study load per half year. - Third Attempt Course Enrolment:For students wishing to enrol in a course that they will be attempting for the third time. You are strongly encouraged to seek academic advice before you apply for a third attempt. All other courses should be added through ANUHub before census date. If you are unable to add a course on ANUHub, you should contact the College offering the course to request a permission code. |

To request a course substitution, please email from your ANU email address providing the following: - The course that you wish to take. - Where it will fit in your degree, Major or Minor. - Provide a study plan allocating placement. - A short statement of justification of how this course meets the learning outcomes.
