Reporting to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education), as a key member of the Chancelry Executive, the University Leadership Group, and the Portfolio Leadership Team, the Pro Vice-Chancellor (International and Future Students) contributes to strategic decision‑making at the highest levels and plays a pivotal role in defining the University’s international outlook and future student cohort.
The University is seeking a dynamic, experienced senior leader with a strong record of achievement in a university setting and the strategic capability to advance the University’s international agenda and shape its future student cohorts. The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of global higher education and will demonstrate the leadership needed to drive recruitment and equity goals for domestic and international students, expand participation in global mobility programs, and nurture strategic educational partnerships. The role requires collaborative leadership across academic, professional, and regulatory teams, the ability to build influential external and government relationships, and the interpersonal capability to lead high‑performing staff and strengthen the University’s global reach and standing.
