The Provisioning Team is part of the People & Culture Division, providing comprehensive services for onboarding and offboarding across the University, as well as managing background checking processes.
Our team plays a pivotal role in the welcoming of new staff members to the University by coordinating essential tasks such as account creation, access provisioning, and orientation support to both new starters and supervisors. This ensures that new employees have the necessary resources and information to integrate seamlessly into their roles from day one.
In instances of employee departure, the Provisioning Team oversees the offboarding process, managing the secure cessation of access rights, account closures, and the return of University’s property.
The Provisioning Team extends its support Uni-wide by providing assistance in the Background Checking process. We collaborate with hiring departments to ensure that thorough and efficient background checks are conducted, adhering to the Background Checking procedure. This includes facilitating communication with candidates, supervisors and local HR teams.
We offer support to ensure a seamless experience for both employees and the institution and our services are designed to facilitate efficient workforce transitions and maintain a secure and compliant environment.
