## Capture lectures with EchoVideo Class Recordings

EchoVideo (formerly known as Echo360) is a university-wide system designed to capture and record lectures and upload lecturer-created videos for access through Canvas, where it is called Class Recordings.

EchoVideo provides fully automated lecture capture services, allowing students to stream or download recordings of lectures after class.

EchoVideo facilitates in-class engagement and participation through interactive activities such as polls and quizzes, activity slides, and Q&A discussion spaces. 

## Using EchoVideo

To access EchoVideo, it is recommended you go through your Canvas course.

## Support

To find out if your teaching venue is EchoVideo enabled, please visit the [EchoVideo Recording Lectures and Venues](https://services.anu.edu.au/information-technology/software-systems/echovideo-formerly-known-as-echo360/echovideo-recording) page.

For live streaming, even if your EchoVideo recording is scheduled already, you still need to opt-in for EchoVideo Live Streaming through a request to [ANU Connect](https://anuconnect.anu.edu.au/).
