Part of ANU's Graduate School, **Researcher Development** specialises in professional development for HDR candidates and researchers across the university.

Our programs include:

- **HDR Induction** (twice yearly in April and September) - comprehensive orientation for new candidates
- **Boot Camps** - intensive multi-day programs including Thesis Boot Camp, Confirmation Boot Camp, Editing Boot Camp, Literature Review Boot Camp, and Journal Article Writing Boot Camp
- **Workshops** - targeted skill-building sessions on topics from project management to career planning
- **Research Fest** - annual festival celebrating research culture with expert sessions, student presentations, and creative activities
- **Three Minute Thesis (3MT)** - competition supporting students to communicate their research to non-specialist audiences
- And much more throughout the year
