校外导师计划

校外导师项目由香港中文大学（深圳）校长徐扬生教授于2017年倡导发起，通过邀请有教育情怀的业界精英为学生提供经验分享和职业指导，旨在提升学生求职/求学竞争力，提高校外导师自身价值，是我校多元育人模式的战略组成部分。

通过校外导师和学生的双向选择后，每位导师辅导3位准大四学生进行为期一年的辅导。指导内容包括但不限于工作领域/行业的发展趋势、实践知识、职业规划、案例分析和行业研究等，指导形式包括但不限于微信、电话、邮件以及线下活动等。

我们的校外导师团队主要来自金融和IT领域，同时还有咨询、公关、政府、医药等各行各业，超过20%的校外导师拥有博士学位，超过50%的校外导师拥有海/境外的求学或工作经历。
