The Center for Global Education (GlobE) at the University of Tokyo will implement the following special enrollment program for individuals who are facing difficulties continuing their studies at U.S. universities due to rapid policy changes, such as the U.S. government’s announcement in May 2025 regarding the suspension of eligibility for admitting international students.\ \
