# “UTokyo GlobE Excursion at Hama-rikyu Gardens” was held

2023.11.29

On Wednesday, November 29, we conducted a garden visit event entitled “UTokyo GlobE Excursion at Hama-rikyu Gardens”, with the aim of promoting international exchange among UTokyo students. Participants included 5 Ukrainian students (including those who were accepted onto the Emergency Relief Program for Scholars and Students at Risk Following the Invasion of Ukraine by Russia) and 8 undergraduate students who were registered for Go Global Gateway (GGG). There was an opportunity for the students to experience a tea ceremony as well as the garden visit. The event concluded on a friendly note.
