
STAGE 0	By Late December
Application Guidelines	Application guidelines for the next application period will be updated.
STAGE 1	Late January - Late March
Application	Online application form and all other required documents must be received by GSC Administration Office by the application deadline. We do not accept any late or incomplete applications. (Note: Online evaluation form has a separate deadline.)
STAGE 2	April - May
Application Evaluation	Applications will be reviewed by the GSC Faculty Committee. After document screening, online interview will be arranged as the second stage of the application evaluation process. (Further information will be provided only to those asked to attend the interview.)
STAGE 3	By Early June
Admission Decision	Admission decisions will be notified via e-mail to all applicants, and the official admission letters will be sent to successful applicants. We do not respond to any inquiries regarding the screening processes or the results.
STAGE 4	By Mid-June
Acceptance of Admission	Successful applicants will be required to submit official documents to accept our offer of admission by the given deadline.
STAGE 5	October
Enrollment	Successful applicants start their new academic life at UTokyo. (Please refer to the Academic Calendar page for further details.)
