UTokyo GUC 2023 has started!

Term 1 of UTokyo GUC (Global Unit Courses) 2023 started on Monday, June 19, 2023. GUC is a short-term program that was inaugurated in 2021 and is open to all university students worldwide. Previously, the program was offered only online, and this is the first year to accept students in person. 196 students out of 207 participants will come to Japan to take the courses taught by UTokyo faculty members for one to two weeks. When GUC Team called for Student Ambassadors to support their campus life, 51 UTokyo students raised their hands and will interact with GUC students at the orientation, campus tours, help desks, lunchtime events, excursions and other opportunities.
