Poster awards at the 2024 CiRA Retreat!

Members of the Woltjen Lab participated in this year’s CiRA Retreat, a space for team-bonding and scientific discussion. Congratulations to research student Karen Hwang (right) and researcher Suji Lee (left) for their CiRA Retreat 2024 Outstanding Poster awards! Karen presented her work on understanding the relationship between mitochondrial DNA mutation load and mitochondrial function in iPS cells, while Suji showed how cell cycle modulation can be used to affect mitotic interhomolog recombination at endogenous loci in iPS cells.
