Research Institute of Human Ecology
Research Institute of Human Ecology(RIHE) was founded in 1986 with the mission of supporting research from a variety of perspective, and strengthening the connection between research and public policies and practices to enhance the quality of life for households. RIHE continues to honor the mission by conducting theoretical and empirical research that explore the relationship between households and their surrounding systems, and to provide insights for industry, public policy and education. RIHE umbrellas Translational Gerontology and Retirement Research Center, Multicultural Human Ecology Center, Consumer Trend Center, and Fashion Technology Center.
