## How to recruit our students and graduates

Depending on your requirements, timescales and budget there are a number of ways to attract the best talent to join your business or organisation:

- [Vacancy Advertising](https://www.employers.manchester.ac.uk/vacancies/) Free advertising of your graduate roles and schemes, internships, placements and part-time work opportunities via our careers platform CareerConnect.*\*
- [Careers Fairs and Events](https://www.employers.manchester.ac.uk/recruiterevents/) We offer a number of Careers Fairs and Events during Semester 1 (October and November) and Semester 2 (February and May) for recruiters to come onto campus to meet our students and graduates.
- [Recruiter Videos](https://www.careers.manchester.ac.uk/whichcareer/employervideos/) We host a number of Recruiter Videos for our students to view as part of their research into career options, offering a great way to increase brand recognition and for students to gain an understanding of the culture and ethos of a company. If you would like to add your own recruiter video to our showcase contact us via [recruitment@manchester.ac.uk](mailto:recruitment@manchester.ac.uk) with a link to your recruiter video (usually hosted on YouTube/Vimeo channels). We recommend that videos are less than 2 minutes in length, showcase your office and working environment alongside interviews of recent graduates who have joined your company talking about their own experiences and projects.
