## Vacating and Occupying Premises

This toolkit contains information you need if you are

- moving out of any premises (offices, labs teaching rooms etc): to help you address issues correctly and make the vacated area safe for others to occupy or modify
- moving into premises: to assist you to make the necessary arrangements to help the move go smoothly and minimise delays in operating effectively

Use the links on the right to let Safety Services know about any moves and whether there are changes to the location of First Aiders or Fire Evacuation Marshals.
