## Accident and incident toolkit

All accidents, incidents and near misses must be [reported](https://www.healthandsafety.manchester.ac.uk/toolkits/accidents/reporting/) to Safety Services and [investigated](https://www.healthandsafety.manchester.ac.uk/toolkits/accidents/investigation/) to try to prevent it happening again.

This toolkit contains the report forms, guidance and other documents you will need to report or investigate an accident, incident or near miss event.
