## Spectrum.Life 24/7 helpline and app
Students can access mental health support outside of the Counselling and Mental Health Service's opening hours. Spectrum.life provide a 24 hour helpline and app. Students can access mental health support from trained counsellors and advisors who are ready to listen and provide support whenever you need it. It’s anonymous, non-judgmental and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
You can contact Spectrum.Life for advice and support on a whole range of issues you might be facing. Things you could contact about include mental and emotional health, managing relationships, feeling worried about yourself or someone else, dealing with stress and anxiety, money advice, and everything in between.
Spectrum.life is and independent external provider and is available in addition to the **[full range of support services](http://www.studentsupport.manchester.ac.uk/)** at the University.
To sign up to the portal go to **app.spectrum.life/login** and enter your organisation code: **UOMWELL** or scan the QR code, (adding an image of the QR code should work).
