Research Degrees Panel

The remit of the Research Degrees Panel encompasses the following business areas and activities:

RDP COVID Extensions panel (Phase 2)

This panel will review programme extension requests from PGRs with an end date of 1 April 2021 onwards, where the stipend is processed by The University of Manchester.

For PGRs with an end date beyond 1 April 2021 who are self-funded or externally sponsored, cases can be reviewed by their Senior Division Tutor unless the request is greater than six months (in which case, this panel will review the application).
