## eLearning support

Your Faculty eLearning team can help you with queries relating to eLearning applications such as Canvas, and provide support to enhance teaching and student learning.

You can quickly find solutions yourself by searching the Knowledge Base in [Connect](http://student.connect.manchester.ac.uk/), or contact your eLearning team if you need further help.

[Canvas](https://canvas.manchester.ac.uk/) has replaced Blackboard as the University's central learning environment. Blackboard was switched off on Friday 17 October 2025.

- Students can find support and information about Canvas on the [Student Support website](https://www.studentsupport.manchester.ac.uk/study-support/academic-support/online-study-resources/canvas/)
- Staff can access information, support and guidance on the [Canvas Microsite](https://uom.link/canvas-microsite).

#### Contact your eLearning team

You can raise a Canvas issue with your eLearning team by using the "Something not working?" form in Connect and selecting 'Canvas' from the service list.

**Students' course list**

If course information is missing from your list in Canvas, you may need to contact your lecturer or course administrator in the first instance. However, please note that courses may take up to 24 hours to appear in your list.
